Eligibility & Return Window:
Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours via WhatsApp (+92 322 7677011) or email (szstudio27@gmail.com). We will provide a full refund or free replacement, and all courier/return shipping charges will be covered by SZ STUDIO27.
Change of Mind / Customer Exchange:
If a customer wishes to exchange a size or article due to preference, exchange is accepted within 7 days. In this case, the customer will bear the return courier charges.
Refund Process & Timeline:
Once the returned item is inspected and approved at our facility, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via direct Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
